1. Membership

• Membership is lifetime upon full payment of the stated fee.

• Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable once activated.

• Membership benefits may be updated, improved, or modified by D.art.SG without prior notice, while always maintaining equivalent or better value.

2. Membership Benefits
As a D.art.SG Lifetime Member, you are entitled to:

• A dedicated artist portfolio page on the D.art.SG website.

• Opportunities to participate in local and international art fairs facilitated by the Platform (subject to curation and availability).

• Social media promotion across D.art.SG channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).

• Exposure through collaborations with global exhibitors, galleries, and hotels.

• Commission-free sales: all artwork sales proceeds go directly to you.

Note: Event participation, exhibitions, and collaborations may require additional fees (e.g., booth rental, shipping, logistics) unless otherwise specified.

3. Artist Responsibilities

• You affirm that all artworks submitted are original, created by you, and do not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights.

• You are responsible for providing high-resolution images, accurate descriptions, and pricing for your artworks.

• You are responsible for handling your own sales, transactions, and delivery of artworks (unless otherwise arranged).

• You must keep your contact and payment information up to date with D.art.SG.

4. Artwork Sales & Rights

• D.art.SG does not take commissions on sales but serves as a promotional and exposure platform.

• Buyers who purchase your digital or physical artworks directly from you obtain rights as per your own stated conditions (e.g., resale, reproduction).

• You retain full copyright to your works unless explicitly transferred in writing.

5. Payments

• Membership is activated only upon full payment (PayNow or other approved methods).

• Payment must be made upfront. Installments or refunds are not available.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• D.art.SG acts as a platform for promotion and connection between artists, collectors, and buyers.

• We do not guarantee sales, commissions, or revenue. Success depends on market demand and individual promotion.

• We are not liable for disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising from sales transactions between you and buyers.

7. Termination

• D.art.SG reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if you:

  • Submit plagiarized, offensive, or illegal artworks.

  • Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.

  • Violate these Terms in any way.

• In such cases, no refund will be provided.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
